We pride ourselves on differentiating ourselves from typical buyer''s agents by understanding our clients'' risk profiles and pitching them feasibility-based, data-driven properties.Our business has four different sides to it, data-driven buyers agency and portfolio strategies/reviews, property development, tax/SMSF and business structures advisory, and cashflow real estate.Qualifications & ExperienceA great attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for real estate.Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills and a self-driven approach to delivering exceptional service.Experience in or enthusiasm for the property/real estate industry, particularly purchasing or owning property.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.A keen eye for identifying property potential and spotting great deals.A ''can-do'' attitude and the ability to work autonomously.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSourcing properties including vacant land for purchase, both on and off-market.Conducting thorough property research to identify investment opportunities.Communicating with our property buying team via internal systems.Building relationships with sales agents and staying informed about upcoming properties.Coordinating with council representatives, solicitors, inspectors, and property managers to complete due diligence reports.Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with agents through consistent communication.Why Join Us?We believe in fostering growth and flexibility for our team.
