Human Resources and Workforce CoordinatorRight at Home Goldfields Grampians Murray (GGM)Permanent Part-Time (3 days per week, hours negotiable, including flexible school hours)About the RoleRight at Home GGM is growing, and we''re seeking a highly organised Human Resources & Workforce Coordinator to support our expanding care team.In this role, you''ll be the link between our people and leadership managing recruitment, HR compliance, rostering, and staff support. If you''re a people person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll DoCoordinate staff rosters and ensure client shifts are filledManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new team membersMaintain HR records and ensure compliance with Fair Work, police checks, and registrationsSupport staff training, development, and performance trackingProvide HR and workforce support to managers and carersAssist with HR administration, payroll preparation, and backfill admin when requiredWhy Join Right at Home GGM?At Right at Home GGM, we are more than just a care provider we are a community.
