The role reports to our Brisbane Team Leader and supports growth within the Southeast Queensland region, with overflow support to our Toowoomba and Gold Coast teams.As industry leaders in complex case management, Strive''s approach focuses on early intervention in engagements with clients, including critical incident response, onsite support and team support services.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of a case load that includes project opportunities, early intervention, and critical incident responseCase management of clients with a broad range of physical and psychosocial needsSupport clients to return to their workplace and also assist clients to find new employment optionsWork with workers compensation, state government, DVA and worksite functional assessmentsRequire regional travel through the Darling Downs, Ipswich and Southeast Queensland regionsSkills & Experience We''re Looking ForWe''re looking for someone who shares our vision of helping individuals and teams be connected through work.
