How will you make an impact?Are you passionate about making a positive impact to our members dignified retirement?The Learning and Organisational Development Partner will drive a culture of continuous learning and growth, enabling our people to have the relevant skills and knowledge required to perform at their best.The role will partner across the organisation to identify learning and professional development needs and design development solutions to build capability across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning design, delivery and evaluationPartner across the organisation with leaders to identify learning and development opportunities and determine the most appropriate strategies to meet employees'' learning requirements, whether this be e-learning, classroom/virtual learning, knowledge management or microlearning strategies.Conduct training needs analyses, identifying gaps and devising strategies to address these gaps.Contribute to the design of an annual learning calendar in response to organisationwide development priorities.Manage compliance related learning as part of onboarding and annual refresher programs, engaging with subject matter experts to design elearning modules and manage implementation across the business.Facilitation of learning with consideration of adult learning principles ensuring an engaging learner experience.Engagement with external providers and/or internal subject matter experts to deliver quality learning experiences.Devise robust evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of all programs, ensuring learning transfer and impact.Manage and report on learning evaluation and metrics identifying improvement opportunities for improved return on investment for learning initiatives.Organisational DevelopmentSupport a range of organisational development initiatives including but not limited to culture and engagement, change management, DE&I, onboarding and offboarding of employees.Project ManagementApply strong project management methodologies to deliver initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational plans and timelines.Create communication and change management plans to support L&D project implementation.Provide detailed and timely project status reporting, to ensure visibility to Head of Organisational Development.OtherSupport and contribute to projects led by the OD team as determined by the Head of Organisational Development.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and best practice in capability development.Complete special projects, as required.Drive Hostplus'' core values through all facets of learning and development.About youTertiary qualifications in HR Management and/or adult learning (preferred).Certificate IV in Superannuation (preferred).Certificate IV Training and Assessment preferred.Extensive experience in instructional design, facilitation and evaluation of learning.Project management experience.A strategic and operational focus.Strong engagement and relationship management skills.Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.Persuasive and engaging presentation and facilitation skills.Strong instructional design skills and experience including online design software (Articulate RISE 360 and/or Storyline preferred).Advanced technical knowledge of superannuation (preferred).Experience managing RG146 accreditation requirements and CPD (preferred).What can we offer you?Our employees are passionate about what we do and are proud to be part of an organisation which helps everyday Australians achieve a brighter future.
