They run multiple extrusion and moulding lines from their dedicated stateoftheart highly automated Melbourne factory.The company is growing quickly and this newly created position is now available. Your new handson role will see you lead a small team overseeing all daytoday operations of the warehouse, from orderpicking, dispatch, booking of pickups as well as the receipt and transfer of packaging and other raw materials to the factory.You will lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is not an officebased role, so you will have to get your hands dirty! You will have responsibility for the warehouse team including hiring supervision, training and development, planning, maintenance, and safety.You will have demonstrable past warehouse supervision, coordination or management experience and are looking for a secure position in a company that will grow as the company grows. A forklift license is mandatory. Familiarity with warehouse management software would be advantageous.The company offers secure, longterm employment with a competitive salary.
