Product CoordinatorJoin our team as a dedicated Product Coordinator at Shine Lawyers, a leading law firm committed to justice and innovation.Location & Remote WorkBased in either Melbourne CBD or Adelaide CBD, you will work in a hybrid environment that blends onsite collaboration with flexible remote days.ResponsibilitiesDocument and validate business and technical requirements across the entire development lifecycle.Prepare data dictionaries and database models to support our bespoke case management platform and iManage.Review backlog, plan releases, and allocate tasks to the development team to keep projects on track.Provide testing feedback, identify process improvements, and propose product enhancements.Analyze data and reporting, create PowerBI infographics, and cleanse datasets using Excel and other tools.Liaise with external software vendors on escalation requests that cannot be resolved internally.Manage mailbox, respond to stakeholders, and handle administrative tasks.Qualifications & ExperienceInformation technology studies or equivalent professional experience.Strong stakeholder servicing and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication with high detail orientation.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions.Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and data storage.Experience with UXPin, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.Familiarity with legal practice management software (iManage, MatterSphere, Thomson Reuters 3E) is desirable.Benefits & CultureFlexibility and benefits that support work-life balance.Opportunity to grow through in-house learning and career progression.Collaborative environment focused on delivering results.Diverse and inclusive workplace with commitment to equality.We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates.Apply now to join our mission to bring justice to everyday Australians. #J-18808-Ljbffr
