You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements. With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.About YouYou will be a self-starter with the below:Certificate III in Landscape Constructionextensive civil landscaping background with demonstrated supervisory experienceexcellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you domotivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.You May Also Have The Following Additional Desirable SkillsCertificate IV Civil Supervision.BenefitsWe believe our people do their best work when they feel supported personally and professionally.
