Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-day operations of our heavy vehicle warehouse. This role is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of parts and materials while maintaining strong safety, compliance, and operational standards.About the RoleManage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, organised workflowsAct as the main contact for the warehouse team, liaising with management on stock, logistics, and operationsSupervise, mentor, train and support warehouse staff to drive performance and accountabilityAllocate tasks and monitor work to ensure safety, quality, and operational standardsControl inventory levels, including replenishment and management of slow-moving stockLead rolling, monthly and annual stocktakes and reconcile variancesOversee receipting and dispatch activities in line with company proceduresMaintain accurate inventory records within warehouse and ERP systemsDeliver highquality customer service and resolves issues in a timely, solutionsfocused mannerCoordinate with suppliers and transport providers on deliveries, returns, and backordersEnsure compliance with WHS policies and promote safe work practicesMonitor and coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipmentSafely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as requiredAbout youProven experience in warehousing, logistics, or stores, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior roleExperience in a heavy vehicle, engineering industrial, or transport environment (highly regarded)Strong knowledge of inventory, control and warehouse management systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management softwareSound working knowledge of WHS and compliance requirementsAbout UsWagners is a highly renowned, ASX listed construction materials and services provider, headquartered in QLD.
