Your key responsibilities will include:Collaborating with the Senior and Lead Designers to conceptualise seasonal collectionsCreating original sketches, CAD flats, and tech packs with detailed garment specificationsSupporting the selection of fabrics, trims, prints, and other materialsEnsuring collections meet critical path timelines, design direction, and commercial objectivesPartnering with Production Development to manage pre-production approvals, fittings, and quality standardsUsing market insights and trend research to deliver designs that maximise sales and profitabilitySupporting the development of non-apparel lines in line with brand directionContinuously refining processes to improve efficiency, speed to market, and product qualityAbout YouYou''re equal parts creative and technically skilleda designer who loves bringing ideas to life with precision and flair.
