Our Sales Managers are the ambassadors of our business and we''re searching for a genuine Leader who can inspire a small team of sales consultants to influence People to improve their life styles.The objective of this role is to lead, support and develop the membership sales team and to achieve the overall sales targets of Next Gen, Ryde.Experience / Knowledge and QualificationsProven success as a Sales ManagerTertiary qualification in marketing desirableDemonstrated history of leading successful sales teamsThe Successful ApplicantAs the successful candidate you will be able to provide evidence of the following:A comprehensive understanding of the psychology of salesBuilding and managing a sales teamImplementing and monitoring sales strategiesEstablished understanding of marketing concepts and methodsDrive new Club memberships including Corporate membershipsDevelop strategies to drive ancillary revenue for the Club, through internal member secondary spendA hands on, motivated and passionate Sales ManagerWorked in the fitness and leisure industry or similarAbility to motivate a sales team to achieve their best resultsIf you are currently a Working Holiday Maker and possess all the experience required, sponsorship would be available for the right individual.This role reports to the Club''s General Manager and is further supported by the Group Sales Manager.
