This role supports the transition of records and assets from other Government Owned Corporations (GOCs), with a strong focus on quality checking, analysis and uplift of records holdings.This is a handson role suited to someone comfortable working directly with physical archives as well as analysing records data to improve longterm management and digitisation readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesTransition records and information assets from other Government Owned CorpsSort, review and sentence physical records, including manual handlingPerform records quality checks, analysis and uplift activitiesManage and maintain physical archives and records dataIdentify records suitable for digitisationWork with business users and governance stakeholders to improve document handling practicesSites & TravelOnsite work is required across Queensland. Northern travel is typically one full week per month.
