We focus on early interventions that empower young people and strengthen communities.The Role:We''re looking for a passionate Community Fundraising Coordinator to help deliver our individual giving program and raise vital funds for children and young people experiencing homelessness. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Specialist and wider fundraising team, you''ll coordinate, develop and deliver community fundraising campaigns that inspire supporters and drive impact.This role will support the rollout of a new flagship community fundraising event, as well as DoItYourself fundraisers, school fundraising activities and initiatives run through workplaces and community groups.Key Duties:Campaigns and Project DeliveryPlay a key role in delivering major annual community fundraising campaigns, meeting deadlines and contributing to highimpact fundraising moments throughout the year.Independently manage signature campaigns (e.g., City2Surf and Cup of Kindness), taking ownership of planning, coordination and delivery.Support campaign logistics, including preparing fundraising kits, updating collateral and coordinating supporter communications.Ensure strong risk and compliance practices across all community fundraising activities.Administrative and Supporter CareDeliver exceptional supporter care by responding promptly and professionally to fundraiser enquiries.Maintain accurate and uptodate records across CRM systems and online fundraising platformsProvide highquality administrative support, including managing the Community Fundraising calendar, maintaining supporter records and registers and assisting with adhoc tasks that keep the community fundraising program running smoothly.Supporter Journeys and EngagementHelp develop and refresh community fundraising resources and digital content that inspires and empowers community fundraisers.Coordinate supporter journeys, ensuring every touchpoint - from first contact to celebration - feels meaningful and timely.Meeting Campaign TargetsContribute to key fundraising targets, including income, acquisition, average fundraising amount and activation rates.Use datainformed insights to support continuous improvement and help drive stronger campaign outcomes.Experience:Experienced in navigating CRM systemsPrior experience in supporting community events or peertopeer fundraisingExperience in using community fundraising platforms e.g. FunraisinRequired Skills & Abilities:Strong project management capability, ensuring complex, multichannel fundraising activity is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing timelines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including confidence in presenting to new audiences.Excellent relationship building skills.What we can offer you:Salary Packaging: $15,900.00 of your base salary tax free & up to $2,650.00 meal & entertainmentEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your familySelfCare Leave & Christmas Gifted LeaveAccess to Fitness PassportPet friendly workplaceHybrid work flexibilityThis is more than a fundraising role; it''s a chance to use your skills to help young people build brighter futures!To ApplyPlease ensure you enclose a copy of your resume with your contact details and cover letter addressing the essential criteria (2 pages maximum).Youth Off The Streets embraces The Sanctuary Model as the foundation of our organisational culture.
