Heavy Diesel Mechanic Agricultural EquipmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a well-established operation servicing and maintaining a range of agricultural machinery and equipment. This is a permanent, full-time position suited to a mechanic with handson experience in agricultural or mobile plant environments.Key ResponsibilitiesService, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and related machineryCarry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicingDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faultsPerform engine, transmission, and component repairsComplete job cards and maintenance records accuratelyEnsure all work is completed in line with safety and manufacturer standardsSkills and ExperienceTrade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent)Proven experience working on agricultural equipment or mobile plantStrong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systemsAbility to diagnose faults and work independentlyStrong safety awareness and attention to detailClear communication skills in EnglishAdditional RequirementsCurrent Australian drivers licenceAbility to work in a regional or agricultural environmentWillingness to support seasonal workloads and breakdowns, when requiredWhats on OfferHourly rate: $45$50 per hour, depending on experiencePermanent, full-time employmentStable workload and long-term opportunitySupportive team environment with appropriate tools and equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
