Switchboard ElectriciansThe PositionElectricians will be hands on with manufacturing switchboards and installing switchgear to customised switchboards. The appropriate candidate will be working on a variety of projects for different industries, as well as partaking in certain electrical testing requirements.Positions are available at our manufacturing sites in South Australia, Queensland, and Victoria.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of system components and the location of wires.Competent in installing switchgear.Cable containment installation.Electrical testing on a switchboard experience.The ability to analyse the schematic diagramsThe CandidateElectrical Trade QualificationsCurrent CPR and LV Rescue certificateThe ability to work well within a team-based environmentKnowledge of electrical standardsExcellent communication and customer service skills.The successful applicant will preferably have:Commitment to safe work practicesGood attention to detailProblem solving skillsScheduleFull-time and casual positions available: Monday Friday & with overtime.Wage (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration).What we can offer:LAI Group encourages a diverse and inclusive culture where your hard work and input does not go unnoticed.
