Partnerships & Growth Manager (Parental Leave Cover 12-Month Contract)Reporting to: General Manager Digital Solutions and Products. Direct Report: Wellness Program Training Manager.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to step into a 12-month parental leave cover. This role is critical in maintaining growth momentum across B2B partnerships, marketing execution, and clinic enablement for our Best for Pet Wellness plan. The successful candidate will ensure continuity in growth initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and inclinic product adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Partnerships (40%) Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies for both the Best for Pet Wellness Plan and general Vet Partners partnerships. Identify new partnership opportunities that drive customer acquisition and align with business objectives. Lead partnership negotiations, including pricing models and gotomarket plans. Draft and support partnership agreements in collaboration with legal and the General Manager Digital Solutions and Products. Develop gotomarket marketing assets and training guides for partner execution, and support product partnership launch initiatives. Build and maintain strong partnership relationships and serve as the primary point of contact, managing ongoing communication and collaboration. Set KPIs for partnerships (e.g., revenue, leads, retention, integration adoption), monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, and optimize where necessary.Clinic Enablement & Channel Growth (40%) Maintain clinic engagement strategies for the Best for Pet Wellness Plan to drive inclinic sales. Deliver training and sales enablement tools for clinic teams in collaboration with the Wellness Program Training Manager. Support change management and communication of product updates, collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and KPIs, ensure consistent execution of inclinic activations, and monitor and report on cliniclevel growth KPIs.Product Campaign Marketing (20%) Maintain product messaging and positioning based on market feedback. Implement gotomarket deliverables for new features, launches, and campaigns/promotions. Drive acquisition campaigns and ongoing marketing efforts in collaboration with CEX and agencies.Crossfunctional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment. Work closely with the Wellness Program Training Manager to support clinic activations.Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualification in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in B2B partnerships and driving product growth.Demonstrated success in product adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills (e.g., working with tech, operations, and field teams).High ownership mindset with a proactive, solutionsoriented approach.Contract DetailsDuration: 12 months (Parental Leave Cover)Location: Macquarie Park, NSWStart Date: December 2025End Date: January 2027 #J-18808-Ljbffr
