This pet friendly park features a tropical swimming pool, mountain bike facilities, barbecue areas and playground.While previous holiday park experience is regarded, it is not always essential. Successful management teams must have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park environment.Commencing: Early February 2026Contract Type: 1-year with opportunity to extend onResidence: A 2-bedroom ''Queenslander'' unfurnished house with a large outdoor entertaining deck, is available for the successful management team.What You Will DoOversee daily park operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenanceLead, motivate and manage a small team, including recruitment, training, and rosteringDeliver a superior customer experience and drive business performanceManage operational budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with company policiesImplement creative activities to grow the park''s profile and guest experienceEnsure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for guests and staffBuild and maintain positive relationships with guests, employees, and key stakeholdersWhat You Will BringPassion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer serviceProven problemsolving and organisational skillsExperience in facilities management, maintenance, or trade skills highly regardedHigh level of computer literacy, with working knowledge of reservation and accounting systemsAbility to work within approved operational budgets and drive commercial outcomesEnthusiasm, initiative, and a handson approach to leadershipManagement teams must be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have an ABN. Financial capacity may be required to obtain plant and equipmentEssential: Current valid Driver''s Licence, First Aid & CPR, and state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC)Management teams can expect to earn a base income, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through commercial ventures you may choose to operate onsite. In addition, teams are to be further rewarded for their part in growing the park''s income and increasing the park''s overall profitability.
