An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter Sales is now available for a passionate individual looking to join the team based in our Daikin Trade Centre in Warwick Farm (NSW), offering for immediate start.Reporting to the Trade Centre Supervisor, this hands-on role is responsible for providing professional customer service to Daikin customers through the prompt processing and managing of sales orders.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to:Prepare and capture sales order details accurately for entry into SAP.Accurately preparing and capturing sales orders, processing stock movements, and processing EFT payments.Promptly and professionally tend to customer enquiries and keep customers informed on their sales orders and delivery.Tend to Trade Counter and assist with Sales / Spare Parts enquiries & ordersHandling customer inquiries and complaintsManaging all administrative dutiesAbout youTo be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering the followingFocusing on delivering exceptional customer experienceStrong attention to detailPrevious experiences on processing EFT payments, capturing sales orders and processing stock movements will be highly advantageous.Data entry experience and exposure to SAP or a similar system will be advantageousPrevious work experience in a trade/branch accessory store would be highly preferredAbility to work within the required days/hours aligning to business requirements.Collaborative work environment fostering a positive team culture.Competitive Salary + Superannuation + Performance bonus + Overtime RatesProvided with on-the-job training for continuous career growth opportunitiesDiscounted Bupa Health FundFlare Benefit Discounted gift card, novated lease, discounted health/car/home loanBe part of a global number 1 company in HVACBe part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration and personal growth.Free parking on siteDaikin Australia is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
