This is a high-impact role where you''ll have full accountability for a diverse portfolio, driving operational excellence, maximising financial performance, and building strong, lasting tenant relationships. Leading a team of 11 direct reports, you''ll inspire, coach, and develop your people while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategic and day-to-day management of a national mixed-use portfolio across four states.Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, outgoing reconciliations, and audit processes.Work closely with the retail Facilities Management team on procurement and tendering of key service contracts, including security, cleaning, maintenance, and other essential services.Deliver property compliance and quality initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to promote engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.Be involved in property management agreements and ensure their smooth execution.Manage the relationship with the client and ensure delivery of the agreed scope of services.Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development to a team of eleven direct reports and their teams.Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored strategies that align with business and investment objectives.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, operational, and risk management frameworks.Who are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
