You will:Manage general maintenance and upkeep across our office spacesProvide frontofhouse concierge services for visitorsLiaise with building management, suppliers, and trades for repairs and service coordinationOwn the shared Facilities inbox and respond to requests promptlySupport the CEO Office with admin and provide relief as neededEnsure WHS administrative functions are up to date and compliantMaintain security access, manage carpark allocations, and oversee kitchen/stationery suppliesSupport a positive, safe and efficient working environment for allWhat do you need?We''re looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a cando attitude. You''ll need:RequiredMinimum 3 years experience in either a facilities or building management roleAbility to work autonomously and take initiativeStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesIntermediate MS Office skillsExcellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skillsHSC or equivalentPermanent Resident or Australian CitizenDesirableCertificate IV in AdministrationExperience using Halo/general scheduling and admin toolsExperience in facilities, hospitality or concierge rolesTeam leadership or vendor management experienceThis is an onsite role and requires you to be in the office 5 days per week.
