If you''re a motivated leader with a passion for renewables and a drive to make a real impact, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing, inclusive team at the forefront of Australia''s energy transition.ResponsibilitiesOversee the efficient implementation of project resources and structureLead the balance of plant elements of large-scale BESS projects, managing program, budget, and resourcesChampion safety and environmental performance across the projectProvide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractorsFoster effective communication with client field representativesEnsure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project deliveryWhat you will bringProven experience managing full lifecycle construction programsSite-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or constructionStrong commercial and financial management skillsDemonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsCivil and/or electrical knowledge (highly regarded)Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skillsA strong commitment to safety and environmental complianceTo be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team-oriented approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
