We have permanent opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Mirrabooka Place - Gloucester NSW. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care.
