We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position.You''ll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community + clinic.In turn, we will develop your career by providing access to many inhouse pathways such as our Leadership Excellence program!On a daily basis you will:Provide operational support for each disciplineProvide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to cliniciansRun monthly peer group supervision sessionsIndependently assess complex participants'' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function for caseload allocationUse clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.Mentor graduates and early career cliniciansDeliver much needed therapy services to participants within schools, clinic, homes and communityMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure complianceWhat we offer you:Work flexibility minimum 4 days to full time, you select the hours and days that work best for you as an individual.Excellent remuneration generous leave arrangements, salary packaging and novated lease options, incentive programmes with attractive bonuses $$$True worklife balance the autonomy of setting your calendar, your way.
