It requires exceptional organisational skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to operate with discretion and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration: Coordinate and manage daily office operations; oversee client parking arrangements, meeting venue preparation, and office supplies; handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, and office equipment management; liaise with and manage the office cleaner.Family Office Services: Assist ultra-high-net-worth clients with ad hoc requests (e.g., visa/passport applications, insurance, medical aid, filing systems); attend client locations for document signing.Executive Support: Provide diary management for directors and senior management; arrange travel itineraries, including flights and accommodation; schedule monthly client meetings; handle ad hoc personal requests (e.g., car servicing, restaurant bookings).Client Administration: Prepare and prepopulate account-opening documentation.RequirementsEnglish as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Minimum 15 years'' experience in a professional environment.Strong MS Office and Excel skills.Valid driver''s licence and own vehicle.Clear credit and criminal record.Previous experience as a PA or administrator for senior management preferred.Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
