They deliver large-scale campaigns addressing systemic challenges, fostering collaboration and creating lasting change with purpose, integrity and performance at the heart of their culture.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate stakeholder engagement across a major national initiativeDevelop and manage project schedules aligned to strategyOnboard and manage partners, including media and marketing agenciesSupport budget and timeline management, ensuring accountabilityProvide reporting and updates to directors and stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and fundingCandidate ProfileYou may come from an agency background managing client campaigns, or from an in-house marketing and communications role, or have experience coordinating complex projects in another setting. What matters most is strong stakeholder management, project delivery capability and the ability to unite partners around a shared mission. You will bring a minimum of three years campaign or project management experience, experience in marketing, communications, partnerships or related areas, strong relationship skills across diverse stakeholder groups, excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative, energetic and self-starter mindset.What''s on OfferThis is a 0.8 FTE contract until March 2026 with the possibility of extension.
