The successful candidate will work with in-house solution teams and/or third parties to design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.Certifications NeededITIL CertificationSNOW Developer certificationTop 3 responsibilitiesAutomate business processes through scripting and development of applications in ServiceNowCreate interfaces in ServiceNow to interact with various other systemsAdhere to the Agile methodology of project delivery when releasing new solutionsIdentify areas that require improvement and propose solutions to address themTo maintain the software at required currencyAdditional informationStrong experience as a ServiceNow Developer across the ITSM modulesSolid skills/experience working with Development APIsRDBMS/SQL Experience - in establishing integrations through JDBC and the MID ServerA relevant ServiceNow certification is mandatoryExperience in patching and lifecycle upgrade of ServiceNowSound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile deliveryEffective communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings in a meaningful wayExperience in integrating with third party products is desirableService Assurance & Network Assurance telecom domain knowledge preferredHow to ApplyWe''re not necessarily searching for excellence.
