As the Client Associate (Entry Level) in our Sydney office you will proactively support the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks to ensure media campaigns run smoothly and are planned. You will build foundational knowledge and gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of media processes.What Your Typical Day Will Look LikeThe Client Associate role is a great starting point to forge a career in the media industry. Reporting to the Client Manager and Client Director from our Sydney office, you will:Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, contributing to effective working relationships with clients, agency partners and media owners.Support the team in executing and optimising video/TV, audio & outdoor campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients.Work with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of material and accurate instructions.Assist with document preparation including WIP''s, postanalysis, final buys, contact reports and timeline management.Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis, client engagements, relationships, presentations and reporting.A bit about youAn interest and eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and advertising marketplace, particularly in traditional media.A knack for data and an ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts, as you will be working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns.A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Tech savvy and a practical thinker, with a natural flair for problem solving.Enjoy collaborating and working within a team environment with strong communication skills.What''s In It For YouReal flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our ''Be the Best You'' policy.5 weeks of annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company mental health awareness days off per year.Career development and learning & development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.Save money with great discounts on health insurance, gym membership, buying a car and travel.Become a champion for meaningful progress.
