We are now seeking an experienced NDIS Manager to establish, lead, and grow this new business arm from the ground up.About the RoleThis is a permanent leadership opportunity for an experienced NDIS professional to take ownership of the full setup and management of Charter Diligence''s NDIS division. You will be responsible for registration, compliance, service design, and future team growth, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete setup of the NDIS business, including provider registration and accreditationDevelop operational frameworks, policies, and quality management systems aligned with NDIS standardsRecruit, train, and manage a team of support workers and service coordinatorsOversee participant intake, service delivery, and ongoing client engagementEstablish strong partnerships with stakeholders, healthcare providers, and community networksEnsure compliance with all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirementsManage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountabilityFoster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all service areasAbout YouDemonstrated experience setting up or leading NDIS or disability service operationsStrong understanding of NDIS registration, compliance, and governance frameworksBackground in community care, disability services, or health managementExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into actionRelevant tertiary qualifications in community services, health, or business managementCurrent driver''s licence and ability to travel within the Sydney region as requiredMust have valid working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a long-term working visa)Charter Diligence is an accredited recruitment agency for the Australian Government under BuyICT, SCM0007 Contingent Workforce, SCM0012 TAS Talent Acquisition, SCM0020 ICT Services, and QLD Local Government Permanent and Labour Hire Services.
