Known for its collaborative culture and long-standing customer relationships, the company is investing in the expansion of its national footprint making this a great time to join.About the RoleAs the Key Account Manager, you''ll play a crucial role in growing, retaining, and re-engaging accounts within the utility segment, while also nurturing key OEM and wholesaler relationships. Your primary focus will be on expanding product usage, growing new business, improving margin performance, and formalising service-level agreements. You''ll act as the primary commercial contact for your assigned accounts, working closely with internal stakeholders to manage tenders, track opportunity pipelines, and ensure all customer-facing activities are coordinated and forecasted.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of utility and industrial accounts across AustraliaRe-engage inactive or underutilised clients to uncover new opportunitiesCoordinate tenders, contract renewals, and quotes with internal teamsMaintain CRM accuracy, opportunity tracking, and forecasting integrityBuild and maintain account coverage plans, ensuring regular engagementLiaise with engineering and technical specialists to scope and deliver solutionsSkills & ExperienceExperience in account management, inside sales or commercial project coordinationExposure to the electrical, OEM, utilities, or industrial supply chain sectorsComfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and managing quote pipelinesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a structured, commercial approachAbility to self-manage, take ownership of outcomes, and influence internallyFamiliarity with contract negotiation or SLA management is highly regardedBonus: technical aptitude or experience working alongside engineering teamsWhy ApplyThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a globally recognised company and significantly contribute to their continued success in a key growth segment.
