We have opportunities for permanent Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care services in Woongarrah NSW - Warnervale Gardens. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care.
