With continued growth and an expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team on a major civil infrastructure project.The ProjectConstruction of a new threelane bridge with associated ramps, abutments, and temporary worksConversion of an existing bridge into a pedestrian and active transport linkConstruction of a new signalised intersectionDelivery of a subarterial road connection to the new bridgeAs the Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project. You will oversee the contractor and subcontractors on site to ensure that works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing contractors and subcontractors through daytoday construction activitiesMonitoring safety, quality, program, and budget performanceEnsuring compliance with safety and environmental standardsLiaising with clients, government bodies, consultants, utility authorities, and the communityMaintaining accurate project documentation including RFI''s, EOT''s, daily reports, and progress claimsAssisting the Project Manager with reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communicationsSome night and weekend work may be required due to the nature of the project.The RequirementsTo be considered, you will bring:Demonstrated experience as a Site Superintendent on civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, or transport works preferred)Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management practicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to manage contractors and resolve onsite issues effectivelyFull working rights in AustraliaTo apply, or for a confidential conversation, please call Azri Azlan on 0470 215 799 or email your CV and covering letter to [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
