**The Role**We now have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our market-leading Intellectual Property team, based in Sydney.You will work as part of a collaborative, close-knit team led by highly regarded partners , and other experienced senior practitioners.In this role, you will primarily focus on intellectual property disputes, with a particular focus on trade marks, copyright and designs. You will also support on general commercial litigation matters from time to time.This is an excellent opportunity to refine your specialist skills in intellectual property, whilst building your brand alongside experienced and well respected industry experts. You will also play a role in developing and mentoring junior lawyers and graduates, helping to shape the future of the practice.**The Intellectual Property team**Our Intellectual Property team is one of Australia''s most experienced specialist groups.
