Daily responsibilities include:Working in a retail shop environmentConducting water tests and providing recommendations to customers (computer system assisted)Demonstrating productsMarketing pool water solutionsMaintaining merchandising standards40 hrs per week (5 days a week, some week and weekend work - open to negotiation for right candidate)What You''ll BringYou''ll need a current unrestricted driver''s licence (car & phone provided).You''ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don''t have one already.You''ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base.Proven experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and deliver on business goalsA positive attitude and willingness to learn (training in pool maintenance and water chemistry will be provided)A technical mindset and ability to find solutions to customer problemsAbility to engage and speak to customers to understand their needs/requirements, to ensure the right solutions are offered (pool products)Reliability and ability to operate unsupervised at timesMust have an Australian work rights to be eligible for this positionWhy Poolwerx?At Poolwerx, we combine the strength of a trusted, global brand with the energy of a local business.
