Our founder and CEO has been recognised in the Green List 2024 Top 100, and thanks to our highly specialised teams, we are the recipients of several industry awards.We are experiencing rapid growth, fully supported by our shareholders and investors towards making our vision of a greener and cleaner Australia a reality.The opportunityAs a Commercial Solutions Manager with Flow Power, you''ll create long-term, trusting and profitable relationships with a portfolio of large Commercial & Industrial clients to renew electricity contracts and identify opportunities for new business and account growth.ResponsibilitiesNurture the existing client portfolio by building a full understanding of the Flow Power business model, and a deep understanding of the client business, to address pain points and identify opportunities for account growthPrepare and submit responses to tender opportunities for medium to large Commercial & Industrial energy usersBuild and nurture relationships with industry consultants and brokers to ensure the Flow Power offering is presented as an optionAct as a primary point-of-contact for the allocated client portfolio to deliver exceptional customer service.Maintain thorough knowledge of the Flow Power product and service offering, and up to date with changes in market conditions (spot pricing, futures pricing, regulations, etc)Flourish in an environment working to performance targets (account renewal, gross margin, MWh retention, new business)About YouIdeally, you bring a deep understanding of the energy retail market and a track record in senior account management with customers from a broad range of industries. Working in alignment with our company values, you will leverage your strong commercial acumen and a solution-selling approach to identify or create new business opportunities that improves our relationship with our clients.Skills and ExperienceTertiary level study in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or similar is preferableDemonstrated knowledge and experience of the broader renewable energy sector, energy retail offerings (particularly PPAs), and acquiring & building B2B customer accountsStrong listening, negotiation and presentation ability, and demonstrated capability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisationStrong CRM software and MS Office skillsetApply TodayWe''re looking forward to hearing from you.
