You''ll take full ownership of the SME Novated portfoliobuilding strong relationships with employers, supporting their employees, and driving growth across new and existing leases.A key part of the role will include hosting engaging webinar presentations to educate employees on the benefits of Novated Leasing and drive new lease uptake. Your focus will be on customer retention, fleet penetration, and delivering a standout customer experience, all while contributing to profitable growth and expanding our leased fleet.Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Conduct engaging virtual webinars and group training sessions with employees to educate on Novated Leasing and drive new sales opportunitiesAchieve sales targets by retaining Novated SME customers and identifying growth and crosssell opportunities within the existing baseBuild and manager own a sales pipeline of opportunities including employee leads, and end of lease expiries to deliver new business writings and achieve sales targetsEnsure all systems are updated with customer details, authorised contacts and employee opportunity sizingABOUT YOU:You''re a proactive, resultsdriven Novated Leasing professional with confident and engaging presentation skills.
