They can manage processes and are business minded and they know how to get shit done.THE TASK AT HANDAs a Lead Digital Media Thinker you''ll apply an extra mediay layer to the Thinker role, you''ll be passionate about communications and be a key part of our media offering. You''ll be naturally inquisitive, have a desire to dissect a challenge and not afraid to have an opinion.You will work within the paid and owned functions at Thinkerbell, and be the key driver of a range of ambitious and innovative projects. From helping to drive strategic thinking and compelling communications strategy for our clients to providing project planning, campaign implementation and reporting.You''ll have 3 big things to do:You''ll lead integrated and media squads, developing digital media and communications strategies and overseeing their implementation. This will start with understanding your client''s business inside out, having an interest and understanding of marketing science and behaviour change principles (and if you don''t know these, an interest to learn!). You''ll also be integral in the development of media plans, being quality assurance in our implementation and ensuring measurement and learning is baked into all of our work. You''ll be best friends with our media partners and have a curious mind, looking for ways we can optimise and improve our work.2. PROJECT LEADERSHIPYou''ll be a core squad member, bringing your expertise across retainers and projects. You''ll have excellent attention to detail, be financially minded and be able to keep a piece of work on track. Sometimes you''ll lead work for our clients and sometimes you''ll feed into work as part of an integrated squad either way you''ll be collaborative, clear on the outcomes and able to problem solve with a smile.3. INTEGRATION AND COLLABORATIONWe don''t do silos at Thinkerbell, which means you''ll be expected to think outside your craft (paid media). We want to hear your creative ideas, we''ll want you to bring an Earned Thinker into a Paid project if it''s the right thing to do and foster this mindset across the squads you lead. You''ll take a collaborative mindset into everything you do, never solving a problem in isolation and integration will be your middle name, smashing down silos right alongside us.YOUR FOCUS WILL BE ON THE FOLLOWING:Planning and building channel neutral media and communication strategies for Thinkerbell clients that deliver effective, measurable outcomes and take into account paid, owned and earned considerations.Using data and audience insights to inform and craft tailored media strategies and channel planning, considering investment options that effectively drive the growth of our clients'' brands and lead the market.Working collaboratively with Thinkerbell teams including Creative, Brand, Owned and Earned teams to bring to life client strategies through the planning, brief response, implementation and reporting processes, ensuring a seamless integrated endtoend journey for our clients.Managing and overseeing the implementation and reporting of media campaigns with support from our Media Thinkers, delivering effective and workable results to Thinkerbell clients.Serving as the goto person for specific client relationships and communication around planning, implementation, reporting and client media education.Being the lead digital media liaison for new business planning, taking on strategic new business opportunities to continue to bring our integrated model to life and deliver on our promise of "measured magic".Help develop and grow Thinkerbell''s digital media product internally and in the wider market, demonstrating curiosity about how to do things better and an openness to change, with an ability to bring people on a growth journey.THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE:A solid understanding of core digital marketing channels SEM, Social, Programmatic and Screens, as well as emerging platforms.An applicable understanding of marketing channels and principles both online and offline.An understanding of the adtech and martech space.Understanding and comfort in media effectiveness principles and key tenets of best practice media effective reach, understanding of the attention dynamic, cross media planning, attribution.Understanding of audience insight tools and ability to use these to uncover valuable findings for clients that can be applied within media.The ability to focus on what investment does for brands, not specifically how it works.Enthusiasm and drive to make others better through training, informal advice, and helping the wider business understand the wide area of addressable media.A genuine passion for the industry and pride in your work.A strong handshake.And a big heart.AND THIS IS WHAT LIFE AT THINKERBELL LOOKS LIKEThinkerbell represents the coming together of scientific enquiry and hardcore creativity or as we like to call it, ''Measured Magic''.
