Your role is to ensure service feels confident, organised, and human, even during peak periods.As a Team Leader, you are responsible for:Setting the pace and tone of the floorHolding a clear, documented sequence of serviceSupporting your team through pressure and volumeProtecting the guest experience, every serviceTraining & StandardsTraining is structured and intentional. The venue operates with a documented sequence of service, and Team Leaders play a key role in embedding it.You will be expected to:Train new starters on the floorCoach team members during service, not afterCorrect standards calmly and constructivelyLead by example, every shiftThis is a venue where standards are clear and upheld consistently.What Leadership Looks Like HereThis is not a title role.
