Talent Acquisition Specialist at Transport Accident Commission (TAC)Pay RangeA$90,000.00/yr A$95,000.00/yrEmployment DetailsFulltime, fixed term until 30th September 2026Geelong office location, with flexible hybrid workingOffering a competitive starting base salary of $94,000 plus super and benefitsAbout the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will deliver endtoend recruitment services across TAC, partnering with leaders to attract and hire talent that supports a highperforming and inclusive culture. You will design targeted attraction strategies, champion TAC''s Employee Value Proposition, and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices. This role also contributes to initiatives ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.About the TeamYou will join the Talent Acquisition team, part of the People Experience branch and wider People, Culture & Engagement division. You will be part of a highperforming, fun and energetic team of seven, dedicated to consistently delivering positive employee and candidate experiences. Led by the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be supported to take ownership of your work, challenge the status quo, and contribute in a transparent and collaborative environment.What We''re Looking ForTalent Acquisition Experience You bring handson experience in a human resources environment, with a focus on leading endtoend strategic recruitment campaigns. Relevant qualifications or training in HR or a related field will be highly regarded.Trusted & Strategic Stakeholder Partner A confident communicator who can engage, influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive and solutions focused, using creativity and motivation to provide strategic recruitment and HR support that meets stakeholder needs and contributes to continuous improvement activities.Organised & Tech Savvy You are proficient in using HRIS and recruitment systems, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support others in using these platforms effectively (PageUp and Aurion desirable).
