You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. This isn''t just compliance work. As a Manager, you''ll be providing high value advisory work and helping clients navigate complex challenges. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting the Griffith team, helping shape a culture of excellence, growth and community.What you will be doing:Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerProvide tax planning and advisory services to clientsMentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Development and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term valueLead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsLead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsHelp provide exceptional service to our clientsAbout YouMinimum of 5 years'' experience in a Chartered Accounting PracticeChartered Accountant qualification or in progressBachelor''s or Master''s degree in Accounting or similarExpertise in APS accounting softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to our clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiasticNext StepIf you are excited by the idea of growing professionally, leading a team, and making a real impact, apply today and a member of our People team will reach out for a confidential chat about your future at Kelly+Partners Griffith. #J-18808-Ljbffr
