Village Manager Remote Sites (FIFO or DIDO)Midlevel leadership role responsible for the daily operations of a remote village site, working a 14 days on, 7 days off FIFO roster from Brisbane or DIDO to the Dysart site.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all village operations, ensuring delivery of high service standards.Build, coach and motivate a diverse team across food & beverage, housekeeping, accommodation and administration.Act as the primary safety and HSE leader, ensuring compliance with all legislation.Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&Ls and resource allocation.Plan and execute projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and local authorities.Qualifications4+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, facility management or a similar sector.Proven peoplemanagement, conflict resolution, negotiation and teambuilding skills.Experience in remote site operations is not required.Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights.Valid full QLD manual driver''s licence.Able to pass a preemployment medical, drugandalcohol testing and police check.Benefits & DevelopmentSodexo offers a competitive salary, numerous development opportunities, an outstanding benefits and recognition programme, and a culture that values diversity and inclusion.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume detailing relevant experience and availability.
