OverviewJoin to apply for the Philanthropy Manager role at Gembridge Australia.Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager and working as part of a dynamic and vibrant fundraising team, you will:ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of potential supporters to secure significant financial contributions.Manage a portfolio of major donors, fostering deep connection and long-term commitment to FightMND.Design and deliver a calendar of donor engagement activities and events that inspire giving, build loyalty, and demonstrate impact.Proactively identify and research new major donor prospects through individual giving programs, events, and community networks.Collaborate with the Senior Philanthropy Manager to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to grow the supporter base and optimise philanthropic revenue.Work closely with the broader Fundraising Team to deliver integrated supporter journeys that enhance retention, encourage upgrades, and promote cross-channel giving.About FightMNDFounded in 2014, FightMND was established with the purpose of finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for motor neurone disease.FightMND has been the voice and guiding star for Australians who want to fight the disease.
