OverviewJoin to apply for the Philanthropy Manager role at Gembridge Australia.Reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager and working as part of a dynamic and vibrant fundraising team, you will:ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of potential supporters to secure significant financial contributions.Manage a portfolio of major donors, fostering deep connection and long-term commitment to FightMND.Design and deliver a calendar of donor engagement activities and events that inspire giving, build loyalty, and demonstrate impact.Proactively identify and research new major donor prospects through individual giving programs, events, and community networks.Collaborate with the Senior Philanthropy Manager to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to grow the supporter base and optimise philanthropic revenue.Work closely with the broader Fundraising Team to deliver integrated supporter journeys that enhance retention, encourage upgrades, and promote cross-channel giving.About FightMNDFounded in 2014, FightMND was established with the purpose of finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for motor neurone disease.FightMND has been the voice and guiding star for Australians who want to fight the disease. It can cause loss of limb use, swallowing difficulties, speech changes and eventual breathing challenges, with an average progression of 27 months.FightMND IT TAKES PEOPLEAbout YouAlignment with FightMND''s values: Urgency, Integrity, Efficiency, Boldness, and Collaboration.Proven experience in relationship management and donor stewardship, including direct gift solicitation.Demonstrated ability to build strong, enduring relationships with philanthropists, trusts, and individual stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and the confidence to make the ask.Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage donor data and engagement.Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work outside standard office hours to support key donor and fundraising events, including small donor gatherings and major community engagement opportunities (e.g., Big Freeze, Daniher''s Drive, and Challenge 27).Benefits and Working ArrangementsFlexible hybrid working (60% in Burnley office) with a competitive salary and NFP packaging, 1% additional super, five days of gifted leave annually, access to top-tier learning opportunities, and partner discounts.How to applyGembridge is proud to partner with FightMND.
