The team supports young people, families, the community services sector and the broader community through a range of services. A permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) is available. The position is based in Coffs Harbour.Who we are looking for:Successful applicants for this position will be people who:are passionate about supporting young people and communities to thrivecan effectively lead and support a teamare friendly, kind and positive people, with a ''can-do'' attitudenot only want to meet expectations, but also want to exceed themare highly organised, efficient and effective.About the Families, Young People and Communities TeamThe Families, Young People and Communities team works with young people (aged 8 to 24) and their families, parents and carers to ensure young people are safe and connected, and parents are supported to strengthen family relationships, providing a wide range of support options for individuals, groups, and families.
