Ideally, you bring at least three years of experience, with aged care or community services experience highly regarded. You provide clear direction and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring residents'' care needs are met in accordance with clinical requirements and individual care plans.With a strong understanding of evidencebased clinical practice, you lead by example and empower others to deliver care that aligns with best practice and scope of practice standards. You''re experienced in developing care plans in consultation with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals.
