We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Gold Goast Studio in a full time, permanent capacity.Skills & ExperienceInterior Designers work with the Senior Interior Designer and under the direction of their Discipline Lead, requiring close working relationships with their project team at MODE to deliver high quality design, documentation and construction outcomes. They will collaborate with their team in a highly effective manner which includes mentoring and overviewing junior staff as appropriate to meet deadlines and project requirements.Profile and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will haveDesign Qualifications or equivalent experience: A qualification recognized in Australia in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in interior design.Stakeholder Communication Expertise: Proven ability in client relationship management, project coordination, and collaboration with sub-consultants.BIM and Project Design Capability: Strong Revit documentation and design skills, with advanced Revit/BIM and project management experience highly regarded.Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of relevant Building Codes, design standards, and construction practices, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver profitable outcomes.Professional and Personal Effectiveness: Excellent communication, problemsolving solutions mindset, and interpersonal skills to achieve results with a teamoriented approach.You will be able toFacilitate Design Excellence: Plan, design, and deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective interior design solutions across a variety of sectors while ensuring design excellence, compliance, and quality outcomes.Support Project Performance: Support project leaders and junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth through efficient project delivery, profitability, and alignment with company objectives.What we offerCreative, collaborative studio working environments across Australia & New ZealandOpportunities to work, and transfer, between studiosOpportunity to work in a diverse range of sectors and projects across our studiosProfessional development and training opportunities and incentives to grow your capability and career progression, including:Opportunity to engage in internal and external training programsStudy leave for applicable trainingColleague referral programA vibrant culture with regular social eventsApply nowIf this role sounds like you, please forward through your application including covering letter, CV and portfolio to [email protected] are also open to Expressions of Interest for a Senior Interior Designer in our Brisbane Studio.
