Group Training Lead (SA)We are looking for a Group Training Lead (SA) who can lead our apprenticeship and traineeship program with purpose, innovation and passion. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, performance and maintaining the trusted relationships that underpin our success.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of dedicated Field Officers to deliver outstanding results and servicesMaintain a caseload of apprentices and trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure positive outcomesNurture relationships with Host Employers to drive client retention and service satisfactionManage the operational delivery of apprenticeship and traineeship programs within South Australia, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain strong partnerships with host employers, training providers and community stakeholdersMonitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve performance and retentionDrive continuous improvement and innovationPromote a positive and safety first culture for staff, apprentices and traineesWhat you will need to succeedYou will have strong mentoring skills, exceptional relationship management with a passion for vocational education and training.
