Join a collaborative team environment where your project and contract administration skills will help keep projects on track and delivered to a high standard.About the Role:As the Project & Contract Administration Officer, you will provide highquality support to Project Managers, Superintendents and Superintendent''s Representatives. You''ll ensure efficient, compliant administration of contracts and project documentation, contributing to smooth project delivery and strong governance.Key Responsibilities:Process contractual payments, variations, extensions of time and related documentationMaintain registers of variations, claims, delays and other contractrelated recordsEnsure compliance with contract administration procedures, policies and conditionsPrepare monthly reporting and provide timely updates to stakeholdersDraft contractual correspondence and maintain accurate files in line with records management requirementsSupport project delivery teams with highquality administrative and coordination supportWhat We''re Looking For:Mandatory:Demonstrated experience in project or contract administrationHighly Desirable:Experience working on building constructionrelated projects (residential, multistory, commercial, defence projects etc)Strong understanding of contract conditions, project documentation and reportingHigh attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlinesExcellent communication skills and confidence liaising with project stakeholdersApplyPlease apply directly below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft Word format.
