That''s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver lifecritical services where it matters.About the roleAs a Senior Information Management Analyst, you''ll draw on your expertise in SAS data warehousing and reporting to design, develop, maintain and enhance reporting solutions that support strategic decisionmaking. You''ll work closely with (Internal IT teams) ITSS and SASuser communities to ensure data integrity, provide technical advice and deliver highquality operational reporting. In this role, you''ll also play a key part in improving data processes and driving continuous enhancements to ensure our reporting environment remains robust and futureready.About the TeamThis role sits within our Platform Data and AI branch in the Performance, Risk & Strategy division, which drives data, analytics and strategic insights across the organisation. You''ll join a collaborative, forwardthinking team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure our data solutions are accurate, actionable, and aligned with organisational priorities. The team fosters curiosity, continuous learning and a culture of shared success.What we''re looking forTechnical expertise in SAS and data warehousingYou''ll bring tertiary qualifications in data or business intelligence disciplines, or equivalent experience, along with formal SAS certifications. Advanced proficiency in Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Visual Analytics, SQL, and Microsoft Excel is essential. A strong understanding of data warehouse components, modelling processes, and the Systems Development Life Cycle will set you up for success.Analytical and problemsolving skillsWe need someone who can analyse complex data structures, design and implement robust data models, and conduct impact analysis for system changes. Your ability to identify operational issues and recommend improvements will ensure highquality data is maintained across TAC systems.Collaborative and adaptable approachThis role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across ITSS, SASuser communities, and business stakeholders.
