We''re looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to elevate the skills, confidence, and performance of our service technicians through high-quality, hands-on training programs.The OpportunityIn this role, you''ll play a key part in strengthening technical capability across all Brandt branches. You''ll assess training needs, design and deliver engaging learning experiences, and ensure our technicians are equipped to safely and efficiently repair, maintain, and operate heavy equipment.You''ll work closely with service leaders to align training with continuous improvement, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and organisational goalswhile tracking progress and incorporating feedback to continually improve outcomes.What You''ll Be DoingPartner with leaders to plan and deliver technician development pathwaysDeliver training as a Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) or subject-matter expertDesign and maintain high-quality technical training programs and curriculumDevelop classroom, hands-on, and online learning resourcesEvaluate training effectiveness and measure technician competencyKeep training materials and course outlines current and relevantCoordinate training schedules with service managers and supervisorsCommunicate training plans, course details, and expectations clearlyTrack attendance, assessments, and results, and issue completion certificatesLiaise with external training providers and industry partners as requiredAbout YouYou bring a strong combination of technical knowledge and training capability.
