Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Senior Product Designer, you will join the Business Everyday Banking Merchant Services team that''s doubling down on customer obsession.Each Day, You''ll Go Above And Beyond ToLead and own design projects focusing on dashboard experienceConduct user/customer research and gather user feedback to inform design decisionsCreate prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts. Use feedback to refine designs and improve usability.Apply the principles of inclusive design to create products and services that are accessible by everyone.Contribute to, use and evolve the nab design system to maintain consistency and efficiency for nab digital assets.Communicate, present and visualise design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders and partners, providing user centred insights to support design decisions.Act as a coach to more junior team members, providing guidance, sharing best practice and helping to advance their skills.We''re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You''ll need:Proven senior level experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designerExperience within a finance or service industriesExcellent working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principlesDemonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methodsStrong ability to independently perform the essential capabilities required in this roleProven experience using design processes and tools to digitise experiencesExtensive experience in visual design and user interactionsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
