Provide and manage a comprehensive and consistent range of services across a defined geographical area, focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance. Create an impactful client engagement strategy, build a community of workplace support ambassadors, and deliver timely, consistent workplace experience soft services and technical services. Manage facilities operations, including preventive maintenance and minor projects, while driving employee engagement, wellness, and productivity initiatives through the Human Experience Roadmap. Introduce and manage technology platforms to enhance team efficiency.About the roleLead and develop the JLL team in delivering exceptional workplace experiences across assigned offices.Manage comprehensive services with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, facilities management, safety, and compliance.Develop and execute an impactful client engagement strategy, building a community of ambassadors and support team for consistent service delivery.Implement the Human Experience Roadmap, driving employee engagement, wellness and productivity initiatives.Introduce and manage technology platforms to enhance workplace team efficiency and support office digitalization.Oversee facilities operations, including preventive maintenance programs and minor projects/churn management.Foster a culture of empowerment and engagement within the team, identifying development areas and providing coaching.Develop and implement internal communication strategies to improve culture and employee engagement.Manage site budgets and participate in annual financial planning.Ensure effective stakeholder management and reporting on operational matters and workplace experience.This role may require interstate travel within JLL''s travel policy and business requirements.Sounds exciting?
