Key Responsibilities:Developing, implementing and facilitating the Mechanical apprentice competency training program, with the governance frameworkFacilitating the apprentice curriculum, including practical, theoretical and assessmentsManaging the apprentice workshop environmentBuilding relationships and demuestra coaching the business in the management of the processDemonstrate safe work behaviours through leading by example, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve safety Compassion standards and performanceEngage with Maintenance teams to ensure appropriate and timely planning of required trainingAbout You:Fitter trade qualification, including Certificate III Engineering, Fitter and Turner or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 5 years'' experience within the Fitting tradeExperience as a facilitator and within a competency-based training environment preferred but not essentialHigh level literacy, including computer literacyStrong communication and engagement skillsUnderstanding of and training experience in a manufacturing/mining operational environmentDemonstrated understanding of training methodologies and blended learning preferred but not essentialDemonstrated experience in writing documents and other literacy preferred but not essentialUnderstanding and experience in52 development of training and assessment materialsAbout Us:OneSteel Manufacturing operates a mining and steel manufacturing business.
